My mission is to help you overcome paralyzing anxiety, depression that clouds your days, or relational conflicts that limit your life. We achieve this by collaboratively reprogramming dysfunctional emotional patterns, applying evidence-based crisis intervention techniques, and transforming your pain into post-traumatic growth. All within a pressure-free approach where we respect your pace and avoid retraumatizing experiences.<\/p>

As a specialist in general health psychology, I focus on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and behavioral problems within the context of healthcare. I address common disorders such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other conditions.
I believe that each patient is unique. Therefore, each one requires special treatment and intervention. My goal is for all my patients to improve optimally from the beginning of the intervention, without feeling pressured and without going through unpleasant or difficult moments.
Based in the wonderful Costa del Sol, since 2017.\u00a0I have participated in various television discussions on current topics, such as anxiety disorders and self-esteem.<\/p>


I graduated in Clinical Psychology<\/strong> from the National Distance Education University<\/strong> and obtained the Master’s Degree in Health Psychology<\/strong> from the International University of La Rioja<\/strong>. Since then, I have continued my education, adding two more master’s degrees: \u201cMaster in NLP and Self-Help<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cMaster in Family and Child Psychology<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>


Therefore, in my psychology practice in Marbella, I can assist my patients in three languages: Spanish<\/strong>, German<\/strong>, and English<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
